General booking information
Rates, conditions and offers of our hotel
Below you will find important information regarding arrival and departure, prices and conditions for your stay in our guest house. We also provide information on cancellation conditions and the possibility of booking cancellation insurance.
Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 15:00. For arrivals after 18:00, please notify us in advance. On the day of departure, please leave the rooms by 10:00.
1 day – Price person and night including breakfast.
1 week – Price person for 7 nights including breakfast.
- Single room supplement: If a double room is occupied by 1 person, we charge a room supplement of €10.- per day.
- Dogs are allowed. Due to extra cleaning, we charge €5 per day per dog (without food).
Children’s prices and family holidays:
- Children 0-4 years sleep for free in their parents’ room
- Children from 4 years pay 20% of the price + 10% for every year they are older than 4 (so an 8-year-old child pays 20% + 40% = 60%). When sleeping in the parents’ room.
The measure of age is the age on the day of arrival.
This discount also applies when booking half-board.
Tourist tax is €2.40 per person per day. Children under 17 pay no tourist tax.
Cancellation policy:
For cancellation, late arrival or earlier departure, the Reglungen der ÖsterreichischenHotelvertragsbedingungen apply:
- If cancelled up to 31 days before the start of your stay, we will charge 40% of the total package price.
- If cancelled up to 8 days before the start of your stay, we will charge 70% of the total package price.
- In case of cancellation in the last 7 days before the start of your stay, we will charge 90% of the total package price.
- In case of late arrival or earlier departure, we will charge 70% of the booked accommodation cost in case of non-letability of the room.
- Cancellations are only valid in writing.
- We recommend taking out cancellation insurance in all cases.
