We serve authentic, traditional and modern interpreted dishes where possible with ingredients from the fields and forests of Naturpark Hohe Tauern.

Our chef also has the necessary dishes on the menu for the vegetarian and vegan, as well as for people with allergies, or can provide an alternative.
